I'm Dr. Jonas Heimicke. I build new websites and modernize existing ones – for self-employed people, small businesses, practices and service providers. I'm based in Karlsruhe; the collaboration is fully remote and works across Germany. My goal isn't maximum effect, but organizing content cleanly, building trust, and making the next step easy for visitors.
My background is technical and analytical. That's exactly why, when I look at a website, I don't just look at colors and images, but at structure, user guidance, mobile display, and whether the business comes across online as professionally as it actually operates.

How long does it take until my website goes live?
That depends on the scope and how quickly content is available. If all texts and images are ready and feedback on drafts comes back promptly, a website can realistically go live within 3 to 7 days.
What does a website cost?
€690 one-time for development and launch – for a new website as much as for a modernization. Ongoing maintenance is optional: €39/month without hosting or €49/month including hosting, domain and SSL. Without an upfront investment, the rental model is €69/month including maintenance and hosting. All prices net, plus 19 % German VAT – details on the pricing page.
I don't have a website yet – can you start from scratch?
Yes, at the same fixed price or in the rental model – on request including domain, hosting and your own e-mail address. All I need is information about what you offer, texts or bullet points, and ideally images.
Do you also handle SEO and AI-SEO?
Yes. Classic SEO makes sure your website is easy to find on Google & co. – through clean structure, load time, and meta information, for example. AI-SEO adds the technical groundwork so your content can also be reliably picked up by AI-powered search summaries.
Do you only work with businesses from Karlsruhe?
No. I work across Germany and fully remotely – coordination happens by e-mail, phone or video call. One example is the website for Rainer Taubert in Lübeck. I'm based in Karlsruhe; there and in the surrounding area – Ettlingen, Bruchsal, Rastatt, Landau in der Pfalz or Mannheim – I'm also available in person on request.
Do you use AI in the implementation?
Yes, selectively: AI helps me make early drafts visible faster. Conception, structure and content decisions are mine. Copy comes from you or is approved by you, and I only use AI-generated images when they are labeled.
I barely get any inquiries through my website – why is that?
There's rarely just one reason – structure, content, load time, and technical discoverability often play together. What I can reliably deliver: the technical groundwork so your website gets found for relevant searches – including AI-powered search.
